Events Fee Schedule

The Department of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) provides professional fire prevention services outside of regular duty operations. The EH&S Fire Prevention Office coordinates all fire service staffing and equipment needs for events that require life safety protective services.

On-going and annual events staffed by EH&S include sporting events such as FIU football games and Miami FC soccer games, and other events like FIU Commencement and Homecoming Week celebrations.

In addition to event services, EH&S is also able to provide the required staffing for assignments at any University building when a fire inspection determines that life safety issues mandate such services.
